The Opportunity
The Group Manager, Campus Life will play a pivotal leadership role in enhancing the student experience across the University, with a particular focus on fostering community, wellbeing, inclusion and belonging.
As USP advances its institutional transformation under the USP Investment Plan 2025 to 2027, this role is critical in delivering on our commitment to student centricity. This includes supporting students not only at Laucala, but also across our regional campuses, online environments, and increasingly from international locations beyond the Pacific. The appointee will be expected to respond to the diverse realities of USP students - from first-in-family undergraduates to mature learners, from campus residents to remote students and from all twelve Pacific member countries and beyond.
