Key Responsibilities:
Repair, fabricate, and maintain waste bins to ensure durability and safety.
Perform welding tasks on fleet vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and identify welding repair needs.
Assist in maintenance tasks related to fleet and infrastructure.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and repair manuals.
Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to prioritize repairs.
Ensure all welding work complies with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a fleet, logistics, or maintenance environment.
