Reporting directly to Housekeeping Manager , as a Housekeeping Supervisor your duties will include but not limited to the following:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations and allocate team duties.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure high cleanliness standards.
Coach and support housekeeping colleagues.
Monitor supplies, equipment and maintenance requirements.
Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene and brand standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs.
