Reporting directly to  Housekeeping Manager, as a Housekeeping Supervisor your duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and allocate team duties.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Coach and support housekeeping colleagues.
• Monitor supplies, equipment and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene and brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs.

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
