We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Lautoka Mainland office. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and other members of the Payroll team to ensure the seamless operation of payroll systems, accurate and timely payroll processing, and provide support on various payroll-related projects as needed.   What You’ll Do Process weekly payroll, timesheets, and reports with accuracy Manage employee movements including on boarding, transfers, and terminations Ensure compliance with tax, FNPF, and leave entitlement Prepare payroll journals, reconciliations, and management reports FNPF registration for new staff Monthly FNPF online submission & payments Monthly EMS files lodgments to FRCS   Liaise with banks, FRCS, FNPF  and insurers as required Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
