Description
Aspen Medical is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Procurement Officer. The role will effectively administer all activities in the procurement department ensuring availability of stocks and services, medicines and similar health commodities. The Procurement Officer ensures transparency, compliance, and value for money in all procurement activities.
The roles and responsibilities of this position include:
Execute day-to-day procurement processes including raising purchase orders, obtaining quotations, and processing requisitions.
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to contract terms.
Maintain an updated and approved supplier database.
