Purpose of the Role   The Administration and Billing Assistant is responsible for the provision of Administration support to the AVSEC Management. The position holder is also responsible for collating and analyzing the shift time base (STB) sent by the supervisor on shift end.  Key Accountabilities: Provide general clerical support and maintain databases and filing systems. Verify STB against the deployment book every morning and prepare an STB summary. Collate the summary every 15 days and, upon approval from AOSC, forward it to the security service provider for verification and invoicing. Collate and verify all security shift forms. Ensure all details are correctly completed and that there are no missing dates. All forms must be filed and securely stored.
