KEY DUTIES:
Source and procure goods, materials and services in a timely and cost-effective manner
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards
Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate procurement records
Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery
Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining adequate stock levels
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Procurement, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
