Position: Receptionist/Office Assistant

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Fiji Office is seeking qualified and dedicated applicants for the role of Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Service
Receiving and making outside calls and receiving visitors.
Administrative service
Preparing and updating the database for JICA members’ ID and name cards.
Document and inventory management.
Other various supporting work and miscellaneous duties.
Logistical Support for JICA members
Making Appointments (when requested).
Arrangement of Hotel and Transport.
Support for accounting and procurement.
Other duties
Support other assistant staff in their absence.
Carry out other relevant duties as required by the Resident Representative.
