The Role  Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering a smooth customer experience? Pepper Advantage Hub Fiji is looking for a proactive Settlements Officer to join our team and support the successful delivery of loan and shared equity settlements from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with brokers, clients, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure settlements are processed accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes. You will also play a key role in compliance checks, post-settlement administration, exit processing, and maintaining accurate records across internal systems including HubSpot and settlement trackers.
