Carpenters Shipping is a well-established shipping & forwarding Agency and heavy transport and logistics business. We are seeking to employ experienced and a proactive individual for the Cashier/Administration Officer role to be based in Lautoka.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately handle daily cash transactions and issue receipts
Process payments, invoices, and assist with basic accounting duties
Maintain and reconcile cash records and reports
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
Attend to customer and client inquiries in a professional manner
Assist with general office operations and coordination tasks
Requirements:
Minimum of Year 12 pass or equivalent
Relevant certification in accounting or finance will be an added advantage
Proven experience in cashiering and/or administrative roles
Basic accounting knowledge and strong numerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications...
