GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is Fiji's most experienced and award-winning marine tourism and hospitality operator, delivering fast ferry services, a day-trip islands, sailing experiences, overnight cruises, beach club experiences and resort accommodation across the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role is responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional customer service throughout their experience. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, responding to enquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about services and activities, and ensuring guest concerns are resolved promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Welcome guests and provide friendly and professional service 
•    Respond to guest enquiries and provide accurate information on services
•    Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
•    Build positive relationships with guest's feedback and identify opportunities to improve

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

•    Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service or a related field
•    At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles
•    Excellent verbal communication, with strong interpersonal problem solving abilities
•    Professional, Patient, Friendly, well-presented and able to handle guest concerns
