ICT ADMINISTRATOR

South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is Fiji's most experienced and award-winning marine tourism and hospitality operator, delivering fast ferry services, day-trip islands, sailing experiences, overnight cruises, beach club experiences and resort accommodation across the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role is responsible for all work activities concerning communication and IT infrastructure in the South Sea Cruises Group.  The candidate to maintain and develop new needed IT solutions.  The candidate reports directly to the ICT Manager and works closely in cooperation with the ICT Support Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Analyse and evaluate current communication and IT framework.
•    Implement and develop up to date communication framework
•    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues
•    Installation and maintenance of hardware and software.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

•    Diploma in Information Technology & Networking
•    At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles
•    Hands-on experience of installing IT hardware and software
•    Work experience with Windows server and cloud-based (O365) email server.
