MARINE HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR

South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is Fiji’s most experienced and award-winning marine tourism and hospitality operator, delivering fast ferry services, day-trip islands, sailing experiences, overnight cruises, beach club experiences and resort accommodation across the Mamanuca & Yasawa Islands.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Marine Hospitality Supervisor supports daily hospitality operations across all SSCG Vessels, ensuring service, safety and compliance standards are maintained. The role also supports and coaches’ hospitality teams to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support hospitality teams through daily site visits, training and coaching.
• Support the team with daily procedural and SOP compliance checks.
• Monitor stock control, cost of sale, service standards, food safety and accurate sales of
•  food and beverages.
• Weekly report on the Hospitality performance to The Manager Marine Hospitality.

 ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality, guest services, food & beverage
• Strong customer service, leadership, coaching and communication skills
• Good understanding of hospitality standards, stock control and food safety
• Good computer literacy, strong organisational and time management skills
• Flexible to work varied hours and away from home base when required
