CRUISE DIRECTOR – SOUTH SEA SAILING (SABRE)

South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is Fiji’s most experienced and award-winning marine tourism operator offering a range of award-winning products and services throughout the stunning Mamanuca & Yasawa Islands. SSCG operates a modern fleet of fast catamarans, an overnight cruise ship, a modern sailing catamaran, an array of smaller vessels. SSCG also operates Fiji’s two most popular day trip islands.

Role Overview:

The Cruise Director onboard SABRE leads the team in delivering safe, engaging and well-coordinated day cruise experience.  The role requires strong organisational skills, energy and leadership presence to ensure daily operations run smoothly from departure through to return to Port Denarau

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily cruise itinerary with the vessel Master
• Engage with guests in a confident, professional manner
• Ensure food, beverage and onboard entertainment standards are consistently maintained.
• Support the coordination and supervision of snorkelling and water-based activities.
• Liaise effectively with the vessel Master to ensure seamless delivery of the days Itinerary
• Uphold all safety, marine and service standards always.

Role Requirement

• Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personally
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
• Experience delivering high-quality hospitality or tourism experience
• Ability to manage a full day’s itinerary with attention to detail.
