About Estates & Infrastructure Services
The Estates and Infrastructure Services is responsible for the management and strategic oversight of the University’s property, buildings and infrastructure at all campuses and centers throughout its 13 member countries. The sections responsibilities include Strategic Asset Management, Maintenance Services, Design and Project Management Services, as well as Occupational Health, Safety, Sustainability and DISMAC Services.
The Manager Strategic Estates Planning Services will provide strategic leadership in the planning, management and optimisation of USP's physical estate across its 13 member countries. The position will lead the University's strategic asset management function, ensuring that property, buildings, infrastructure and associated assets are effectively planned, utilised, maintained, developed and aligned with the University's strategic priorities.
The role will provide expert advice and strategic direction on the University's asset portfolio, campus development, space utilisation, property performance, regeneration opportunities and future development requirements. Salary Range
FJ$81,690 to FJ$100,073 per annum
