Your Day-to-Day
- Prepare, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to required standards
- Assist guests with menu and beverage selections
- Take orders and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Keep the bar clean, organised and well stocked
- Follow responsible beverage service and hotel standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel and brand positively
- Be approachable, friendly and ready to assist guests with their needs
What We Need From You
- Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience as a Barman, Bartender or in a similar Food & Beverage role
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages and bar service
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and workplace safety
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays
