As a Laundry Attendant, you will play an important role in keeping our hotel running smoothly by ensuring all linens and uniforms are cleaned, handled and stored efficiently. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation while supporting our teams in delivering a comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest.
What We Need From You
- Basic reading, writing and numeracy skills
- Previous laundry or hotel experience is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to safely handle, lift and move laundry, equipment and supplies as required
- Comfortable working in a role that involves standing, bending and kneeling, as well as working around laundry equipment and varying temperatures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow procedures and safely handle laundry chemicals
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays when required
