South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is Fiji’s most experienced and award-winning marine tourism and hospitality, delivering fast ferry services, day-trip islands, sailing experiences, overnight cruises, beach club experiences and resort accommodation across the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands.

SSCG is seeking an experienced & commercially minded Senior People & Culture
Business Partner to join our People team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the General Manager People & Culture, working closely with leaders to deliver key P&C initiatives, provide meaningful workforce insights and ensure people data supports sound business decision-making. The role will coordinate strategic P&C projects across the Group while maintaining strong oversight of workforce reporting, talent & succession analytics, governance requirements and key people data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead strategic People & Culture projects from planning to delivery.
• Own workforce analytics, dashboards &monthly P&C reporting, translating people data into clear
   insights for leadership decision-making.
• Drive talent, succession & workforce planning, including critical role pipelines.
• Provide business partnering & advisory support to leaders.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field with strong mid 
   mid level HR experience.
• Proven capability in HR analytics, reporting and project management.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, employee relations & Fiji labour laws.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.
