As Duty Manager, you will lead hotel operations during your shift, support our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams, and ensure guests receive a warm and memorable Holiday Inn experience. You will work closely with all departments, develop your team, and help drive great service, performance and engagement.
What we need from you
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate to have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial Front Office, Guest Services, or Operations role within a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle guest concerns and resolve problems professionally.
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Experience using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overnight duties when required.
