Natadola Bay Golf Course is seeking for a Golf Attendant to join our Golf Operation Team. As the Golf Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all golf course patrons. This role involves assisting with daily golf operations and ensuring a positive experience for all guests

A little taste of your day-to-day

  •  Greet and assist golfers upon arrival and departure.
  •  Answer questions and provide information about the course, facilities, and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with booking tee times and managing reservations.
  • Ensure golf carts are clean, charged, and ready for use.
  • Assist with the staging and storage of carts.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on golf carts and report any issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the golf course, including tee boxes, greens, and fairways.
  • Ensure all event areas are clean and organized before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and report any issues to the Golf Operations Manager.
  • Monitor the course for any safety hazards and take appropriate action.
  • Enforce course rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies.
  • Carries out any other duties as instructed by his superiors.

What we need from you 

The successful applicants will need to be hands on, entrepreneurial, highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, have a strong eye for detail and work well in a team environment. 

  • Strength – with occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects 
  • You’ll might need to bend and kneel to complete some activities
  • Flexible attitude to shifts – you may need to work nights, weekends and/or holidays

  • Able to read, write and speak English and to perform the duties of the job.
  • Ability to occasionally squat or bend to empty grass catcher baskets and to move tee markers or other debris from the mowing area
  • Possessing of a Full Group 2 Valid Driver’s License is a must
  • Golf knowledge an advantage but not essential
  • Be punctual, reliable and work well unsupervised or as part of a team
  • Previous work experience in similar field would be an added advantage but not essential
