LOCATION: Solomon Islands
KEY DUTIES:
- Operate sidelift/side load forklift safely
- Load/unload materials and containers properly
- Transport oversized items efficiently
- Safety inspections and report issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Follow safety, traffic and handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and team members
- Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections of the vehicle according to company and DOT standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and/or sidelift operator license (as required by local regulations)
- Clean driving record and strong understanding of road safety
- Ability to lift, secure and move freight as needed
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a sidelift, side loader, or similar heavy equipment
