F&B Attendant

Lomani Island Resort & Spa is where luxury, tranquility, and genuine Fijian hospitality come together to create unforgettable guest experiences. We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and passionate F&B Attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a genuine Bula Spirit, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Assist guests with menu inquiries and special dietary requirements.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders through the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
• Clear and reset tables while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible service standards.

About You:

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Positive attitude with a genuine Bula Spirit.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible service practices.
• Previous food and beverage experience is an advantage but not essential.
