Bartender / Food & Beverage Attendant – Royal Davui Island Resort, Fiji

Royal Davui Island Resort is looking for an experienced Bartender / Food & Beverage Attendant to join our island team.

This is not a bar-only position. We are a small luxury resort, so our Food & Beverage team works across both the bar and restaurant. You will be expected to confidently make cocktails and manage the bar, while also working on the restaurant floor, taking orders, serving meals and looking after guests.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, resort, restaurant or busy bar
• Confident preparing classic and contemporary cocktails
• Good knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and basic bar service
• Experience waiting tables and providing restaurant service
• Comfortable taking guest orders and using a POS system
• Friendly, confident and professional with guests
• Good spoken English and clear communication skills
• Able to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable, well presented and willing to work as part of a small team
• Comfortable living and working on an island
• Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Experience in a quality hotel or resort environment would be an advantage.
