LOCATION: Suva
KEY DUTIES:
- Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting IT systems, hardware and software applications
- Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, data management and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide user-support across departments, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation, user manuals and process workflows
- Work with IT department to enhance administration of networks, databases and enterprise systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong interest in IT systems, networking or software development
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt and take initiative in a team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, databases and IT infrastrutures
