About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading our culinary team and maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the resort. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, leading team performance, managing food costs and resources efficiently, and ensuring consistently outstanding dining experiences.

You'll need to have;

• Current experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or similar senior culinary leadership role within a hotel or resort environment.
• Minimum 5–10 years of culinary experience, including 2–3 years in a senior supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing food costs, inventory, purchasing, productivity, and waste control.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Culinary qualification or Hospitality Diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume resort environment.
• Passion for food, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
