Overnight Monitoring

The Role 

Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our IT team and help support and maintain our modern cloud and network infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Intune, network firewalls, wireless networks, and cloud networking in a real production environment.

You will work closely with senior team members, learn best practices, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to critical alerts and escalate issues as needed
• Assist with day-to-day administration and support of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, security & compliance features)
• Support Azure resources and cloud networking
• Help manage and support devices via Microsoft Intune (enrollment, compliance, basic policy application, troubleshooting)
• Assist with network infrastructure tasks including firewall rule reviews/basic changes, wireless network support, and cloud network connectivity
• Perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity, user access issues, and endpoint problems
• Document processes, configurations, and incidents clearly
• Participate in ticket resolution, user support, and continuous improvement of IT operations
• Follow security best practices and company policies at all times

Skills and experience required:

• Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, routing)
• Foundational knowledge of network security concepts (firewalls, access control, basic threat awareness)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and/or Azure fundamentals
• Basic understanding of endpoint management concepts (preferably Microsoft Intune or similar)
• Ability to troubleshoot simple connectivity and user access issues
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
• Ability to handle high pressure and fast paced situations
