Are you an experienced, energetic ocean lover looking for your next adventure? Matanivusi Resort, located on the beautiful Coral Coast, is seeking a reliable and outgoing professional to join our team as a Boatman, Surf Guide, and Activities Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate resort boats safely for surf trips and guest transfers.
• Guide guests to local surf breaks with expert knowledge of ocean conditions.
• Organize and lead diverse resort water activities.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on outboard motors.
• Ensure maximum guest safety and deliver exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• MSAF Class 6 Licence (Strictly essential).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid First Aid & Water Rescue Certificate.
• Proven knowledge of outboard motors and marine mechanics.
• Strong surfing skills and expertise in various water sports.
• Verifiable professional references.
