Kids Club Attendant

Plantation Island Resort is seeking a caring, energetic, and responsible Kids Club Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children participating in the resort’s Kids Club activities.

The Kids Club Attendant will supervise children, organize games and activities, and ensure the highest standards of care and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times. A friendly personality, strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for working with children are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be fully familiar with all scheduled guest activities in order to handle guest
• Ensure that no child will leave the Kids club unaccompanied
• Maintain stock of items required for kids’ activities such as paints, crayons, papers, toys, through inventory and ordering new stock when needed
• Participate actively in the physical, cognitive, and motor activities with the kids
• To create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club
• Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the Kids club
• Ensure to follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules
• Ensure that no child will leave the Kids club unaccompanied
• Maintain stock of items required for kids’ activities such as paints, crayons, papers, toys, through inventory and ordering new stock when needed

About You:

• Ability to relate to the requirements of customers from all age groups and sectors of society, including people with special needs
• Previous experience working with children minimum 2 years an asset
• Previous Kids Club Animator/Attendant Service experience, within the Hospitality Industry, is preferred
• Advanced English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
• Must be flexible to work in weekend & holidays
