Embedded within the HR function and reporting functionally to the Head of Digital Business Solutions and the Director ITS, the role partners closely with the HR Department to digitise HR functions and processes, modernise HR services, and ensure HR systems fully integrate with enterprise platforms including Student Services and Finance.

The Digital Integration Specialist – HR operates within a complex, multi-campus, multi-country university environment, where digital systems play a critical role in enabling efficient and modern HR service delivery. USP’s staffing, data, and HR processes span 12 member countries, each with different operational realities, connectivity constraints, and regulatory environments. This includes ensuring HRIS platforms connect seamlessly with other enterprise systems—Student Services, Finance, Payroll, Planning, and Campus Operations—to enable integrated processes such as hiring, onboarding, contract management, payroll accuracy, workload reporting, budgeting, and staff mobility.

The role also operates within USP’s broader Enterprise Digital Services framework, which emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, standardization, and shared accountability for digital platforms. As USP modernizes its digital ecosystem through automation, process redesign, analytics, and improved system governance, the Digital Integration Specialist – HRIS plays a critical role in aligning HR systems with these institutional goals.
