About the Role

This role is responsible for monitoring and improving quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all properties to enhance operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

• Audit, review, and standardise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all properties, maintaining version control and audit readiness.
• Develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments, manage corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across departments.
• Embed compliance and safety controls within SOPs and brand standards to support a safe, high-performing workplace.
• Facilitate training and awareness programs to build capability and accountability in quality and compliance.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyse and report on quality, compliance, and performance data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Collaborate with teams to strengthen consistency, service quality, and operational excellence.
• Prepare and manage submissions for quality and industry award programs that highlight innovation and excellence.
