About the Role

The Reservations Agent plays a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by managing accommodation bookings and ensuring a seamless reservation process from enquiry to arrival. This position is responsible for handling reservation requests, maintaining accurate booking records, maximizing room revenue, and providing outstanding customer service to guests, travel agents, and business partners. The Reservations Agent will work closely with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure guest requirements are met and reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:   

• Maximize accommodation revenue by promptly answering all enquiries and proactively providing the best solution to meet the customer needs.
•  Accurately enter reservation details into the Opera Cloud PMS and ensure confirmation and collection of payments in a timely manner.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reservation checks are completed accurately.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills including written English.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience in Opera or Opera Cloud PMS preferred.
• Flexibility with working hours.
