We are seeking a talented, passionate, and driven Sales & Marketing Intern to support our team and to deliver world-class experience.

Reporting directly to Director of Sales, as a Sales & Marketing Intern your duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team with administrative tasks and client communications.
• Assist in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content aligned with the Grand Pacific Hotel brand.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather information for marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in developing newsletters, presentations, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
• Support the team in organizing hotel events, corporate functions, and community engagement initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining databases, reports, and guest feedback records.
• Capture photos and videos for promotional use and assist in content creation initiatives.

What we need from you

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and social media trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Canva and social media platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
