Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited - Duty Supervisor - Suva

LOCATION: Suva

KEY DUTIES:

• Oversee the effective management, safety and daily operations of the complex
• Supervise, lead and support service staff to ensure high performance and productivity
• Ensure compliance with established operating procedures and company policies
• Deliver quality customer service by responding promptly to operational issues and tenant enquiries
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety through regular inspections and monitoring 
• Assist with the coordination of events, stock management and other operational activities as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant tertiary qualification 
• Previous experience working in a shopping mall or commercial complex will be an added advantage
• Experience or knowledge in event coordination, staff supervision and stock management
• Sound knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements
• Strong leadership, organistional and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism and work ethics
• Ability to work on a shift roster, including weekends and public holidays
