WE ARE HIRING: DRAFTSMAN / QUANTITY SURVEYING ASSISTANT

Flooring & Interiors Construction Associates Pte Ltd (T/A FICAL) is looking for a skilled and motivated Draftsman to join our growing team.

Position: Draftsman / Quantity Surveying Assistant
Location: Fiji
Company: FICAL – Interior/Exterior Renovation & Fit-Out Specialists

Key Requirements:

• Experience using Vectorworks is required.
• Must be able to prepare 2D and 3D drawings.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying will be highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Ability to prepare drawings, shop drawings, layouts, 3D concepts, and basic construction details.
• Ability to assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, BOQ preparation, and project costing would be an advantage
• Good understanding of construction, interiors, ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, and fit-out works will be an advantage.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Main Duties:

• Prepare and amend drawings using Vectorworks.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D drawings, and presentation concepts where required.
• Assist with site measurements and preparation of quantities.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quotations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, staff and clients where required.
• Maintain proper drawing and document records for projects.
