Business Process - Graduate Analyst

Kokomo is seeking a motivated and analytical Graduate Analyst to join our team and be based full-time on the island. This is an exciting opportunity to support business process improvement, MEX system management, reporting, and operational analysis while contributing to greater efficiency, compliance, and digital innovation across Kokomo Resorts, with additional support provided to NAOS Pte Ltd and Kokomo Aviation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Reduction in manual reporting and process redundancy.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor of Arts in Finance or Information Systems.

·        Proficient in MEX (CMMS) or similar asset management systems.

·        Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).

·        Working knowledge of Sun Systems, WebReq, or related ERP platforms.

·        Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Ability to work independently under supervision and manage multiple priorities.

·        Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
