Role Description:

Mulpha International (SP) Pte Ltd trading as Hertz Fiji is one of the leading rental car providers in the country. We offer mobility solutions to both international and deomestic customers at competitive rates with exclusive benefits under one of the best international brand Hertz & Thrifty. Hertz Fiji is seeking to recruit Customer Service Representative to join our Nadi branch.

  • Organising pick-ups and drop off in a timely manner.
  • Corresponding to all international and domestic rental hire queries via phone email or walk-ins.
  • Attending to customers by issuing booked vehicles and raising rental agreements.
  • Guiding customers to their destined hotels for first timers in Fiji.
  • Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role with strong sales skills.
  • Must have high quality customer service knowledge with good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills · Minimum Year 12 or 13 level education.
  • Must have full group 2 driving license with a clean record.
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible schedule that can include evenings, holidays and night shifts.
