Duty Manager

  1. Oversee overall hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments.
  2. Act as the senior on-duty representative, maintaining service standards, safety, and operational control.
  3. Manage Front Office and guest touchpoints (Reception, Concierge, Bell, Valet) to ensure a strong first impression.
  4. Poactively handle guest interactions, complaints, and service recovery, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through.
  5. Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Sales for arrivals, departures, and events.
  6. Monitor room readiness, guest profiles, billing accuracy, and operational reports.
  7. Lead shift handovers, maintain accurate Duty Manager logs, and ensure effective communication across teams.
  8. Respond to emergencies, incidents, and operational issues, ensuring appropriate action and reporting.

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Front Office or Rooms Division within a 4–5-star hotel or resort, with prior supervisory or Duty Manager exposure preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.
  • Proven ability to manage guest relations, complaints, and service recovery at a high standard.
  • Confident decision-maker with the ability to lead operations during high-pressure and peak periods.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage reporting, systems, and operational
