We are seeking a talented, experienced, and results-driven Client Operations Manager to lead our New Zealand client operations. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Oversee the preparation and review of Annual Accounts, management reports, and Board meeting packs.

Lead the preparation and review of GST and basic-level Tax Returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Liaise with external auditors and assist NZ Team with managing communications and correspdence with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD).

Preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Efficiently allocate tasks, manage daily workflows, and optimize team capacity to meet deliverables.

Monitor, evaluate, and manage team performance and attendance.

Design and deliver technical training programs for both internal team members and clients.

 Act as a mentor and subject matter expert, providing guidance and guiding them to solve queries from clients.

 Partner with New Zealand management, maintaining work trackers and proactively addressing operational issues.

Oversee and coordinate  communication channels between clients, NZ management team, SL mangement team and the internal team.

Supervise the accurate recording of bills and invoices at the request of NZ management, and assist with the preparation and authorization of batch payments.
