Plant Operator – Lami Production Site

Oceania Gas is the leading manufacturer of industrial, medical, and food-grade gases in the region. We are also the authorized distributor of BOC gases, industrial safety equipment, and welding products in the South Pacific.

Committed to delivering quality and safety in all our projects, we are looking for a skilled Plant Operator to join our team and contribute to the growth of our dynamic company. This position reports directly to the Production Team Leader.

Key Requirements and Attributes:

-        Experience: 1 to 2 years of practical experience in plant operations.

-        Licensing: Valid forklift driving license

-        Education: Trade Diploma or an equivalent appropriate qualification.

-        Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plant operations, machinery, and production processes.

-        Safety: Deep knowledge of and commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

-        Flexibility: Ability to work across different operational areas, including manual handling tasks.
