LOCATION: Suva

KEY DUTIES:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously and effectively
• Observe, identify and report any suspicious, activities, security breaches, safety hazards or incidents
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations and daily security acitvities
• Review and retrieve CCTV footage when required for investigations and reporting purposes
• Coordinate with Security Officers, Management and relevant authorities during incidents or emergencies
• Ensure all CCTV equipment and monitoring systems are functioning properly and report any faults immediately
• Monitor access control systems and assist in controlling authorised entry and exit where applicable
• Prepare incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all surveillance information 
• Adhere to company security policies, procedures and operational standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Form 6 or equivalent qualification 
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations or similar role will be an advantage
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate surveillance software and security systems
• Strong observation and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to remain alert and focused
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
• Security training or relevant certifications will be an added advantage
