Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely group financial reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
• Provide financial insights and performance reports to senior management
• Support annual financial statement preparation and audits
• Improve and streamline financial processes and systems
• Communicate regularly with overseas directors and stakeholders regarding financial and operational       matters
• Support financial planning, cost management, and operational reporting within a service-based             environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency and business performance

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA/CIMA/ACCA or CA
• Professional accounting certifications are an advantage (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper, Accounting Technician, or equivalent).

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in related filed

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as:
  • QuickBooks
  • Xero
  • Spotlight
  • Hubdoc
  • Microsoft Excel & MS Office Suite

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
