We are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Chief Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources Team at the Digicel Nabua Office, reporting to the Regional Chief Executive Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!
The Regional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is the strategic people leader for the Digicel Pacific Hub Markets, responsible for shaping a high‑performance culture, driving organizational capability, and ensuring the effective execution of all Group HR initiatives. This role provides strategic partnership to the Regional CEO, Market CEOs, and Senior Leadership Teams, ensuring that people, culture, and capability remain central to business performance.
Core responsibilities:
· Lead the development and execution of a strategically aligned Human Capital Management framework across all Hub Markets.
· Partner with the Regional CEO and Market CEOs to drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and engagement.
· Align HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational capability with the company’s long‑term Strategic Plan.
· Lead major organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, organizational design, and workforce transitions.
· Drive succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and capability uplift across all markets.
· Oversee performance management, compensation and benefits frameworks, and recognition programs that reinforce culture and motivation.
· Lead Employee & Industrial Relations strategy, ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining strong government and regulatory relationships.
· Drive culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen teamwork, belonging, and organizational effectiveness.
· Ensure financial integrity of headcount and HR spend, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
· Oversee HR systems, data accuracy, and workforce reporting across PayGlobal, SuccessFactors, and other platforms.
· Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders and employees on performance, career development, and cultural dynamics.
Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 10+ years senior HR leadership experience in complex, multi‑market or multi‑entity environments.
· Proven experience in Employee & Industrial Relations, organizational change, and strategic HR leadership.
· Strong capability in talent management, performance systems, reward frameworks, and organizational development.
· Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead cross‑functional teams.
· Experience managing large, diverse workforces across multiple geographies.
