Unity4 is a contact centre outsourcing company established in 2000. We now employ work‑from‑home agents across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Canada. We have recently launched in Fiji and are looking for call centre agents to help grow our company.
Your ability to identify and initiate contact with customers, start productive conversations, and create interest in further information will be key to your success. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or someone energetic and eager to begin their sales career, we want people who are as passionate about results as we are.

What you need
To be based in Fiji
A stable and reliable internet connection suitable for working from home
A dedicated home office or workstation away from distractions and noise
Confidence making outbound phone calls and handling objections when required
Ability to follow a script and maintain compliance in all conversations
Motivation to succeed and meet sales targets
A mature approach to work and commitment to rostered hours
Clear communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
A headset with a noise‑cancelling microphone
A Windows PC with Windows 10 or above
Working Times We are seeking a range of shift coverage between 9am and 8pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
This role will commence in June and July.
