We are seeking a highly capable and motivated professional to join the Business & Tax Advisory team as a Senior Advisor. The role is suited to individuals who thrive in a dynamic advisory environment and are committed to delivering high‑quality services to a diverse client base.

Core responsibilities include delivering tax and accounting compliance, business regulatory services, and related advisory work. The position also requires interpreting client needs, ensuring compliance with Fiji’s taxation and corporate regulatory frameworks, and providing practical, value‑adding insights. 

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience should include:

• A minimum of two years relevant experience in a Chartered Accounting environment with thorough working knowledge of Fiji taxation, company law, and related regulatory disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or a relevant discipline.
• Experience and exposure to the compilation of financial statements and IFRS for SMEs.
• Ability to apply tax/accounting concepts to business scenarios.
• Proficiency in basic accounting software (Xero or MYOB) is desirable.
• Strong numerical and analytical skill set.
• Self-starter with strong financial acumen and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a team and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
