Employer Profile Summary:
S. Nagindas & Company Pte Limited is a market leader in Fiji's clothing retail industry, operating 14 stores in Fiji, 3 stores in New Zealand, and 2 e-commerce websites. We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our Head Office at Navakai, Nadi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Fabric quality inspection
•    Look for flaws like strains, holes, shades, or weave defects.
•    Check for proper stitching, sewing strength, and measurements.
•    Ensure adherence to specified requirements given by production team.
•    Ensuring barcodes, tags, and labels are correctly attached to all items.
•    Maintaining detailed quality records and inspection reports.
•    Communicating quality issues to production and warehouse teams promptly.
•    Assisting in stock receiving and checking to verify product quality upon delivery.
•    Workmanship, measurement, appearance, packaging, and labeling need checking
•    Ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and values.

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Previous experience as a Quality Control, Production Assistant, or similar role will be an added advantage.
•    Positive attitude and a passion for maintaining high quality standards.
•    Strong work ethic with a commitment to upholding company standards and values.
•    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production and retail environment.
•    Handle multiple tasks effectively, including inspections, documentation, and communication.
•    Keen eye for detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
