We are currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our Hub Marketing Team at the Digicel Nabua Office, reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!
The role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, performance marketing, and technology and is directly responsible for driving daily commercial volume while maintaining a consistent digital brand identity, engaging and resonating the segment. The role will own the digital ad budget, execute data-driven, targeted campaigns across programmatic display, paid search (SEM), paid social, and SEO to achieve a low Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and high Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Digital Marketing Manager must know to use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Firebase to turn behavioural data into actionable creative, UI/UX or promotional changes.
Core responsibilities:
- Regional Strategic ROI: Successful deployment of the 3-year digital-first brand strategy across all markets, measured by a % increase in digital channel revenue contribution and achieving 100% brand consistency score across regional touchpoints.
- Commercial Synergy & Time-to-Market: Reduction in time-to-market for regional product launches by days through the establishment of a centralized "Hub-and-Spoke" commercial workflow between Brand, Product, and IT.
- Data-Driven ARPU Uplift: Utilization of first-party behavioural data (via CDP/Analytics platforms) to deliver segmented regional campaigns, driving increase in Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and mobile app token recharges.
- MarTech Stack Optimization & Cost Efficiency: Successful integration and adoption of regional automated marketing tools (e.g., push notifications), resulting in a % reduction in manual campaign execution costs and improvement in conversion attribution accuracy.
- Regional Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Achieve satisfaction rating from country CEOs and local commercial teams on central hub support, ensuring marketing asset turnaround times remain under hours.
- Digital Acquisition Efficiency: Drive growth in self-care App Monthly Active Users (MAU) and digital-sourced postpaid/prepaid customer acquisitions while reducing overall Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) year-on-year.
- Campaign ROI & A/B Testing Governance: Increase overall blended digital media return on investment (ROI) through the enforcement of a mandatory regional A/B testing framework and dynamic creative optimization on major campaigns
- Executive Reporting & Pilot Innovation: Transition regional reporting to automated, real-time commercial dashboards for CXO visibility. successfully launch first-to-market digital pilots (e.g., AI-driven contextual messaging) per half-year to future-proof the brand.
Academic qualifications, Experience required for this role:
- Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10 years of work experience in a similar or related field
- Martech, Web & Social media platform knowledge is essential.
- Prior Telecommunication experience is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Performance Marketing & Media Buying: Mastery of paid search (SEM), paid social, and programmatic ad platforms to optimize CPA and maximize ROI.
- Data Analytics & ROI Modelling: Strong proficiency in turning web/app analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase) into actionable commercial strategies and customer segments.
- Commercially Minded: Operates with a growth mindset, looking past vanity metrics (likes/shares) to focus heavily on revenue, ARPU, and commercial volume.
- Data-Driven but Empathetic: Balances cold performance data with an understanding of human psychology to create emotionally resonant digital campaigns.
- Culturally Nuanced Leader: Possesses the emotional intelligence and communication skills needed to lead, influence, and align remote teams across multiple regional markets.
- Agile Content Production: Hands-on capability or management of quick-turnaround production tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or Generative AI creative tools) to react to real-time market trends or viral moments.
