CASHIER VACANCY

Navosa Supermarket is currently looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and pricing
  • Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts
  • Assist with shelf restocking when required
  • Report any issues or shortages to management
  • Follow company procedures and store policies

Requirements:

  • Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Honest, reliable, and punctual
  • Basic mathematics and cash handling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-presented and professional attitude
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays if required
  • Basic computer or POS system knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team
