Spa Therapist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join the dedicated wellness team at our stunning island resort. Set against the backdrop of turquoise waters and lush tropical gardens, our spa is a sanctuary where guests come to unwind and rejuvenate. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional body massage treatments including stone therapy, relaxation and deep tissue massage
• Perform product-based and natural/organic facial treatments tailored to each guest's individual skin type and concerns
• Provide expert manicure and pedicure services, applying OPI nail products with precision and artistry
• Advise guests on retail spa products confidently recommending take-home solutions
• Conduct thorough client consultations and adapt treatments to meet guest needs and preferences
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and treatment room cleanliness at all times
• Actively promote retail spa products, treatments, and packages to support guest wellness journeys and team revenue goals
• Collaborate with spa colleagues to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience from arrival to departure
• Attend product training sessions and team briefings to stay current on techniques and offerings

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a resort, hotel spa, or luxury day spa environment. Formal qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy advantageous
• Knowledge of additional modalities such as reflexology, hot stone therapy, or body wraps
• Familiarity with spa booking and point-of-sale software systems
• Proficient in professional manicure and pedicure services including nail care, cuticle work, and polish application
• Sound working knowledge of OPI nail products, systems, and application methods
• Familiarity with professional retail spa product lines and ability to recommend and sell products confidently
• Warm, professional communication style with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required in a resort environment

This is an on-site live-in role with shared accommodation.
