LOCATION: Suva
KEY DUTIES:
- Operate sidelifter trucks to load, lift and unload shipping containers safely
- Transport containers between ports, depots, warehouses and customer locations
- Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections before and after trips
- Ensure containers are properly secured during lifting and transportation
- Complete delivery documents, trip sheets and logbooks accurately
- Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Group 7 & 9 Driver's License
- Comply with road safety regulations and company policies
- Ensure safe loading and unloading procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle and equipment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, port staff and customers
